REFUNDS


We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund and a cancellation of premium services.
To start a refund, you can contact us at contact@codejs.com.

Please note that to be eligible for a refund, any premium services associated with your account will be cancelled. This means you will no longer be abl to access any private project you have made on CodeJS, however you can always copy your private projects to your public repository.

ISSUES AND UNWANTED RENEWALS


Please contact us immediately if you realize that your premium membership was reneweb by mistake of it there is any oher issue regarding billing with your account, a 14-day refund policy will apply to all transactions unless specified otherwise by us and at our sole discretion.


CHANGING YOUR MEMBERSHIP PLAN


In cases where you have purchased the wrong membership, the fastest way to ensure you get the membership you want is to contact us at contact@codejs.com and explain your situation, we will do out best to help your get your account and any membership issues sorter.

REFUNDS


We will notify you once we’ve made our decision to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@qodejs.com.
